FBI in your Internet?
A proposed addition to add four words—“electronic communication transactional records”—to the Electronic Communications Privacy Act could open up people’s ISP records to warrant-less FBI requests this October. The potential for your Web surfing habits, downloads, etc. to be under more scrutiny is coming into question.
